Once we start a session and have clarity what you’d like to work with, a combination of my psychic abilities and a beautiful healing art called VortexHealing® Divine Energy Healing leads me to core issues, be that of a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual nature. A deeply transformative healing journey ensues with the aim of freeing blockages and issues that are relevant to your present challenge(s). Everything in your system exists for a reason and was at one point created for benevolent reasons. As such, everything is a natural process and to be respected. And as you grow and evolve, not everything that is held in the memory of your body is still beneficial. With this work, we give your system the opportunity to let go of conditioning and beliefs that have turned into creating blockages. Much of what creates tension and stress in the system is connected to the past, and is not necessarily still needed for safety in your present experience. You are offered Astrological consultations, which have the aim of opening up another perspective of understanding your unique birth and its manifestation and evolution on this planet. Embedded in the play of the Universe, your “blueprint” is ever unfolding in ways that is beneficial for your becoming. Like all my offerings, this is meant as a self-assuring and benevolent exploration that encourages insight and a love for your existence, while strengthening your resilience with challenges as well.

My consultations are mostly informed by psychological and evolutionary Astrology although naturally, I am studying Medical Astrology as well. I have studied Astrology intensely  since 2001, and it is a natural evolution for my innate intuitive gifts, which served me well during  my 30+ years as an energy healer. For me, it is vital to have an interaction that is meaningful and that addresses your emerging concerns of the moment. Exploring your natal chart in depth can reveal a wealth of information. With that, and with how planetary transits, Solar Returns, Progressions, etc. influence your life at this time, we aim to find choices and insights that are in integrity and in alignment with your unique evolutionary unfolding.

Inspired by Psychosynthesis and IFS (Internal Family Systems), I also love to work with inner parts and their voices as another offering within my sessions. This can be particularly useful in the context of finding clarity  and digesting planetary movements as well. In general, our inner “family” parts have all come about out of necessity, and many of them work very hard at keeping you safe. They inform your coping mechanisms and motivations, and influence how you feel, act and react at any given moment. As with all of our conditioning, many of these parts experience a stress and responsibility to protect you that is informed by past experiences. Through meeting and understanding our inner parts, and through the ensuing fruitful collaboration and conscious integration, we can re-evaluate our perceptions and often re-align unconscious coping mechanisms in the present moment, which creates more inner peace and freedom.

• Fundamentally, we are always whole, wanted and loved as a unique expression of One Source, One Divinity.
• The physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies influence each other. They are interactive and interdependent and together create health.

• All the parts we inhabit were/are highly valuable in a function of support.
• Other fields that we carry, like past lives, karmic roots, and present life experiences are natural parts of our unique expression. If we feel called to change and attract different life circumstance, it is helpful to become ever more conscious so that we can renew the embodiment of these energies.
• As we recognize issues and identifications and create energetic shifts within them, we will find more ease in living joyfully regardless of circumstance. We will have more space to recognize Universal Source within all there is. Ultimately, this will allow us to center ever more within and beyond the constant change of outer manifestation.
