About Susanne
I was born into the german-speaking part of Switzerland in the heart of Europe. Once I was able to travel the world, something in me began to truly flourish with the discovery of the variety of cultures and values I encountered. This exploration keeps delighting me, and continuously deepens my appreciation for different expressions and ways of living. My heart and spirit keep expanding as I recognize that despite all differences, everything on earth is interdependent and connected.
From the outer diversity, I got interested in our inner conditioning and motivation. Connecting with people and exploring the next evolutionary step on their unique path to freedom and wholeness is rich and meaningful. It is wondrous to witness the space and new opportunities that arise when awareness expands, when blockages get cleared and outdated conditioning is let go off. As the heart keeps opening, my life seems to also become more simple in its unfolding. Amidst the cacophony and complexity, divine nature and guidance is always waiting to reveal itself. In the stillness of the heart, perceptions, struggles and differences get to transcend.

For further education, I have earned a Human Services Practitioner Associates Degree, a Certificate in Gerontology and Mental Health, and have completed a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with Specialization in Counseling at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
I have been working with energy healing for over 30years now, and since 2021, I am also immersed in an intense study of Astrology. It is endlessly fascinating to recognize how each one of us is welcome and embedded in the Universe in unique ways. I consider it a gift that the astrological chart has the potential to act as a sort of “blueprint”, that gives us information about our birth and evolutionary potential. I welcome becoming more conscious of the nature of my manifestation, of strengths and weaknesses, from where acceptance and peace with its evolutionary flow can arise, creating ever more inner freedom.
Enjoying nature, being outdoors in every season and connecting with my friends and family keep my heart, mind and body engaged, happy and grounded.
Last but not least is my innate interest in multidimensional realities, which brought me initially to Peter Goldman’s Spiritual Psychotherapy Training Program at the Center of New Directions in Zurich and Kent, England. As my passionate inquiry into who we are beyond outer appearances grew, my journey led me to various teachers and teachings. Most of all, I am beyond deep gratitude for having met my spiritual teacher Mata Amritanandamayi, also known as Amma in 1996. Her presence and guidance are invaluable and lead me ever more into the stillness of heart.
In a spirit of curiosity, openness and inclusion, I have come to trust the unfolding of my path and that of others. Rooted in this world and immersed in spiritual guidance, I feel connected to our planet, human existence, and to that which is. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to work in private practice for over 30 years.
